At Australian Leather, we are constantly trying to assist our customers as best we can with their enquiries.  Here are some of the frequently asked questions we come by.

How can I find out my size?

What payment methods do you accept?
australianleather.com.au uses 3 methods of payment;
  1. Credit Card, 
  2. PayPal and
  3. E-way which accepts most credit cards (our secure online payment system protects our customers making online purchases).

Please note: this excludes promotion orders please allow 2-4 weeks due to overwhelming demand on promotions.

PayPal safeguards your financial and personal information by automatically encrypting all sensitive information sent between your computer and PayPal's servers.

When registering or logging in to the PayPal website, PayPal verifies that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.

In transit, information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Your personal information is stored on PayPal’s servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically.

To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect its firewall-protected servers to the Internet.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business working days. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia. Shipping order to WA allow upto 5-10 business working days for delivery. When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and 24-48 hours providing an approximate dispatch date.

Please note: this excludes promotion orders please allow 2-4 weeks due to overwhelming demand on promotions.

 Also during peak periods like Easter and Christmas, some items may take a little longer to get to their destination.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes, upon the completion of your order, you are provided with a Order number. You can track the status of your order by visiting the MY ACCOUNT menu link at the top of the site. Emails will be sent to notify you at various times during the order process.

What are our shipping methods?

Uggboots of Australia uses Couriers Please to deliver our products within Australia. For detailed information about our deliveries, please refer to our shipping policy here. However you are able to track the status of your order once you have received a email confirmation with your Shipping Tracking or Consignment number. You can track your order online by going to Couriers Please online tracking service or by calling Couriers Please customer service line on: 1300 36 1000. You will need to quote your Consignment number to customer service.

Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery of the goods?

YES as Couriers Please service only delivers to place of work or residence with street address and number. You signature is required upon delivery.

If you are not at the delivery address you will receive a calling card in the mailbox. Please contact the courier service within 48 hours to arrange a deliver time. If you provide us with a incorrect address your order will be shipped back to the factory then shipping charges will apply.

What currency does the site deal in?

All our prices are in Australian Dollars.

What do I do if I have an issue with my product?

Australian Leather will endeavour to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and sent efficiently. If a mistake is made on our behalf, you must notify us within 7 working days.

When making your purchase, please choose carefully as once order is shipped out and you have made a incorrect choice for either size or colour you will need to pay for your order to be shipped back to Australian Leather for exchange then required to pay for the return shipping. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

Is it safe to purchase online?

When purchasing from Australian Leather your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. How do I take care of my UGG boots?

We recommend using our Uggboot Care Kit to protect your uggboots from the elements. You can purchase the product from our store. Uggboot Care Kit includes 1 Protectant spray, 1 bottle of shampoo and 1 small sponge.
