DOMESTIC (within Australia)

Australian Leather deliver orders within Australia for FREE.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.  When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and 24-48 hours providing an approximate dispatch date.

Please note that during peak periods like Easter and Christmas, some items may take a little longer to get to their destination.

INTERNATIONAL

Australian Leather also provides shipping and delivery to countries outside Australia using Australia Post.  During the checkout process you will be provided with an option of using the following methods;

RETURNS

Australian Leather will endeavour to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and sent efficiently.  If a mistake is made on our behalf, you must notify us within 7 working days. Australian Leather will only return incorrect orders on our own behalf.

When making your purchase, please choose carefully.  We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
